Appointment Policies

To ensure every guest receives the highest level of care and attention, appointments are reserved specifically for you. We kindly ask that you review and respect the following policies.
 

Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule any appointment. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a 50% service fee. Same-day cancellations may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service. Cancellations made outside of business hours are considered same-day cancellations.
 

No-Show Policy

Guests who do not arrive for their appointment and do not notify the salon will be charged 100% of the booked service. Repeated no-shows may require prepayment or deposits for future bookings.
 

Late Arrival Policy

Arrivals 15 minutes or more late may result in a shortened service. If we are unable to complete your service due to lateness, the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation. Full service pricing may still apply.
 

Deposits

Certain services require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking, including blonding services, balayage, colour corrections, extensions, and bridal or formal styling. Deposits are applied toward your final service total and are forfeited if cancellation policies are not met.
 

Service Adjustments & Pricing

Pricing is determined by length, density, time, and product usage. Significant changes to your booked service may require additional time or rebooking.
